Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana Hotel Punta Cana, Punta Cana

My stay at the hotel was a blend of comfort and a few hiccups. The rooms were mostly clean and super comfortable, but we encountered some cleanliness issues upon arrival. The hotel's location was perfect, offering beautiful views and a peaceful beach. While the service was generally attentive, there were moments when addressing our needs felt secondary to upselling. Overall, it’s a great place for relaxation, though there’s room for improvement in specific areas.
